Advel is an abbreviation of Advance Electric. As the name implys, I, Larry Howell,have been in the electrical contracting business. I currently have a Texas Master Electrical License #3791 and was #41 registered in Fort Worth. I do not contract electrical work any more.My training began in Midland, Texas, beginning in 1955, in an electric motor shop. The company I worked for then enrolled me in Local #460 as an apprentice electrican and I "broke out" in 1962. We did all types of electrical work. The company moved me and my family to Arlington in 1969 where I now reside. I use Conest software and am a certified trainer for EstMat2000 system. I am defensively trained in AutoCad, and proficient in EXCEL, MS Word and other business software.
